Groundwater Monitoring Program, Army Base, US Army Corp. of Engineers (USACE)
The team prepared and organized related project management and field operations documents per federal compliance manuals in preparation for field deployment including management structure and organization plans, work plans, quality control procedures, and health and safety plans. A network of 112 groundwater monitoring wells within former military base located within sensitive biological and cultural lands containing ammunition components, explosives, abandoned explosives, demolition pits, burning pads, open burn and open detonation areas.
