Site Investigation And Remediation
Our multidisciplinary team of professionals is responsible for conducting research, gathering, and interpreting geo-environmental data. Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas)
A MGP operated at the Site between 1905 and 1911. The Site has been either vacant or in use as a natural gas storage or distribution facility since 1911,
Site Investigations and Remediation – Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
The team was responsible for conducting soil, soil gas, and groundwater site assessments at industrial facilities throughout Compton and Gardena (for the South-Central Discovery) and Vernon, Commerce, Maywood, Huntington Park.
Phase I Preliminary Site Assessments / Phase II Site Investigations
The team performed Phase I Preliminary Site Assessments and Phase II Site Investigations for multiple proposed school sites. These sites were in residential and commercial areas impacted by PCBs, metals, pesticides, hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, asbestos, and lead-based paint. Investigative plans were conducted by site assessments.
